If you are an sponsor or accredited partner, the process are the same.
For Accredited Partner
Step 1: From left menu, click “Manage Sponsors”
Step 2: Click “Add New Sponsor”. Sponsor is required when adding new user
Step 3: Fill up the sponsor form then click “Save”
Step 4: To add new user, from left navigation, click “Manage Users”
Step 5: In the Users page, click “Add New User”
Step 6: Fill up the user form then click “Save” when finished
Step 7: In the user list, you see “Send assessment link” link next to user
Step 8: Click “Send assessment link” link
Step 9: Click send to actually send the assessment link to user
User will then receive the assessment link and finally be able to take the assessment test
For Individual User
Step 1: From left menu, click “Manage Users”
Step 2: In the User list, click “Add New User”
Step 3: Fill up the form then click “Save” when finished
Step 4: In the User list, click “Send assessment link” next to user name
Step 5: Click “Send” to actually send the assessment link to user
User will then receive the assessment link and finally be able to take the assessment link
When a user finished taking the assessment link. The system will process the report and it will be available in an hour
Step 1: From left menu, click “Manage Users”
Step 2: In the Users list, Look for the user and click “Reports” link next to it
Step 3: In the User Report page, you will see the report links
Step 4: Simply click the each report and it will be opened in PDF format

Step 3: In the User Report page, you will see the “SEND REPORT TO USER”. Click that button to actually send the report to user.
User will then receive the reports and be able to download it in the PDF format
Normally, in the Accredited Partner. When adding a new user, sponsor is required
Step 1: From left menu, click “Manage Sponsors”
Step 2: In the Sponsors page, click “Add New Sponsor” button
Step 3: Fill up the form and then click “Save” when finished
For Accredited Partner, adding a new user require a sponsor. Please refer to the FAQ[How to add a Sponsor] for adding a new sponsor
For Individual, sponsor is not required
Step 1: From left menu, click “Manage Users”
Step 2: In the Users page, click “Add New User” button
Step 3: Fill up the form then click “Save” when finished
