About the Licensed Users/ Accreditation Programs.

• Ten hours self-managed program provides theknowledge, skills and expertise necessary to become accredited to use the global leading 4C’s mental toughness framework and the associated MTQ Plus psychometric measure.
• The program covers essential modules such as Defining Mental Toughness, Introduction to the 4 Cs (Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence), Psychometric Measures, Applications of Mental Toughness, and more.
• You'll delve into the history behind the framework, benefit from evidence-based research and case studies, explore a wide range of applications, from education to the workplace, social settings, health, and more, and gain practical knowledge to implement in your field.
